Introducing Prism Printing
Prism Printing has been established since 1989 and specialises in full colour printing for Print Managers, Trade Printers and Design Specialists.
We operate two Kormori printing presses, a 628 Lithrone 6 colour press and a Lithrone 526 5 colour press: which are delivering high quality results with a print speed of 15,000 per hour.
This machinery mix allows us to print full colour process, spot PMS and machine varnish all in one pass.
We beleive we can offer your company great service, honesty and integrityin this demanding industry.
Complementing our presses we also have a Heidelberg Cylinder for Forme-cutting and creasing, a B.D.F. Document Finisher for in-house collating, stitching, folding and trimming.
In addition our Horizon Folder folds up to 30,000 per hour.
Prism Printing have a CTP system in house, which handles PDF files. This facility produces high end digital proofs for approval. This system has a cip3 and cip4 capabilities allowing for ink profiling to the Lithrone 628. This means Prism can deliver your print job with confidence.
Any unachievable deadlines or unexpected delays will be dealt with honesty, to ensure your print job meets your client's expectations.
Our most competitive market would be when we combine our 5 or 6 colour presses with our B.D.F. Document Finisher. This combination is great for all 4/6/8/12/16/20 page A4's as well as 4/6/8/12/16/20 page DL's.
With our fome-cutting capabilities, we can handle most jobs with ease.
